You are responsible for 24x7h Operational Production Management (OPM) as part of all reported incidents to maintain the service level agreement In doing so, you will work with your colleagues:inside the operational emergency management in the ICT Continuity Management process and you will take the lead of communication at management level You are a single point of information about the production situation and in case of malfunction together with the support In addition, you take the proactive control of the disorder of operationally critical incidents to avoid operating effects in our customers: You are responsible for organizing and moderating conferences in critical operating states

Your profile:

The basis of your career is a successfully completed technical/university study as (economic) informatics:in, (economic) engineer:in, a comparable technical study or alternatively a completed vocational training You bring extensive knowledge about ITIL as well as IT (Great) trouble management In your professional past, you could acquire knowledge in the areas of software development and in the application of popular AI tools. You have management experience and are able to control and guide colleagues in stressful situations You are characterized by stress resistance, a quick conception and a structured way of working Flowing German and English skills complete your profile
