Product Responsibility for Microsoft-365 Services (CEO) Strategic and Operational Development of Microsoft-365 Services Definition and Priority of Product Backlog Ensuring a stable and economical service operation

Control of external service providers Professional management and coordination of business partners Monitoring of service levels, quality and delivery results Escalation management and continuous performance improvement

Stakeholder Management to EDEKA Regional Companies Recording, Assessment and Priority of Requirements Coordination of product roadmaps and service developments Regular communication on innovations, risks and opportunities

Project management and implementation of new services Planning, control and support of introductory and migration projects Coordination of internal and external project participants Ensuring the achievement of targets in terms of quality, budget and time

Licensing and Cost Management Assessment and Optimization of Microsoft License Models Development of economic usage and development concepts Support for contract and budget issues

Communication and Change Management Creation of templates, concepts and decision templates Implementation of workshops and presentations Monitoring organisational changes and adoption measures

You have successfully completed your studies or training with IT cover or have an equivalent qualification. You have profound experience as Product Owner, Service Owner or IT project manager in the context of Microsoft products (even in a commercial environment). You have very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 platform (teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Viva, Power Platform, Entra ID); Knowledge of MS Azure and/or Fabric is just as positive as relevant certifications. You can demonstrate sound knowledge of Microsoft license models (F, E and Add-on licenses). You have experience in managing external service providers, managed service providers and in stakeholder management at management level. You bring solid project management knowledge as well as experience in managing complex IT projects and have good knowledge about IT service management processes (e.g. ITIL) You have experience in creating business cases, decision templates and management presentations. Knowledge in the field of information security, compliance and data protection, experience in the enterprise environment with several thousand users and agile working methods (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). You have fluent German language skills in word and writing (CEFR level C1 or higher).
