Your tasks:

Operation of production plants Maintenance and cleaning Checking and monitoring of production processes and production processes Implementation of visual inspections and participation in the elimination of faults, defects and manufacturing errors Implementation of quality controls according to established test standards and documentation of the test results Casting machine and casting furnace to test function and pour mold perform visual control on the vessels, if necessary Make repairs (e.g. refractory mass) order iron, check clipping perform iron transport, scrap iron, measure temperature, remove sample and prepare casting jet vaccination Document data (e.g. temperature, box no., formats) Fill residual iron in molds Disorders and deficiencies communicated to the supervisor and involved in the remedy
