Team management & coordination: Technical guidance, support and coordination of the cleaning team in the assigned area

Quality & Hygiene: Ensuring proper maintenance and compliance with all hygiene and quality standards (especially in the hospital environment of HSK Wiesbaden)

Introduction: Training and integration of new employees into workflows

Documentation & control: Implementation of quality controls and documentation of special events

Organisation: Support in the creation of service and monthly plans

Active cooperation: support of the team in day-to-day business and in human bottlenecks

Experience: Detectable Practice in Maintenance or Basic Cleaning and First Leadership Experience (m/w/d)

Language knowledge: Good German knowledge in word and writing

Personality: High commitment, flexibility, team spirit and physical resilience

Detections (forced required): Immunity evidence against measles (legally prescribed in hospital)

Immigrant guidance certificate (not older than 3 months)

Guaranteed takeover opportunity: Start of time work with the clear goal of taking over into a direct fixed position with our customer at HSK Wiesbaden

Fair remuneration: Attractive, collective payment plus any industry surcharges

Special payments & supplements: Depending on the schedule, additional supplements for early services, Sonn/Feiertage or Efficient/Hygiene are included for use in the Klinikum (HSK Wiesbaden).
