You take over the offer processing and costing of HLSK structures in challenging turnkey projects

You test tender documents, determine masses and costs, and start economic quote calculations

You work closely with internal specialist departments, external planners and subcontractors

You develop special suggestions and technical alternatives to optimize costs, energy efficiency and sustainability

You get offers from after-contractors and suppliers, compare them and actively engage in contract negotiations with

You’re planning the costing database and supporting the further development of costing standards and digital processes

You have a completed study in the field of supply technology, technical building equipment (TGA), civil engineering or architecture or a comparable technical training with the focus HLSK You ideally bring first professional experience in the costing or planning of HLSK structures or in the technical development of turnkey construction projects with

You have good knowledge of costing programs (e.g. iTWO Baseline) and ideally experience in BIM-based mode of operation A structured, careful and self-sponsored way of working distinguish you as well as team skills, commitment and technical understanding
