Analysis and continuous optimization of production, logistics and support processes along the entire value chain Independent management and implementation of operations-improvement projects to increase efficiency, quality and delivery reliability Systematic introduction and sustainable anchoring of lean methods and standards in production and adjacent areas Identification of potential savings (e.g. time, costs, energy) in close cooperation with factory management, technology, quality and supply chain management Implementation and moderation of Lean workshops (e.g. 5S, SMED, Value Stream Analysis, TPM) Promoting sustainable lean and CS culture across all hierarchical levels KPI-based success measurement and creation of action recommendations for management Training and coaching of teams to be able to handle lean and improvement instruments

Complete studies in the field of economic engineering, production technology, food technology or comparable qualification Professional experience in Lean Management and Operations Improvement, ideally in the food or consumer goods industry Experience in the analysis and optimization of complex production systems as well as interdisciplinary processes Funded know-how in Lean methods and problem-solving techniques; Knowledge of Six Sigma beneficial Analytical thinking with structured working and implementation strength Communication strength and moderation capability at all hierarchical levels Secure handling of data, KPIs and digital tools (e.g. MS Office, SAP)
