AWO Neukölln Marketing und Service GmbH is looking for a team leader*in Cleaning (m/d/w) Who are we? NeMuS GmbH is a subsidiary of AWO Kreisverband Southeast e.V. We offer our customers a broadly protected portfolio of individual services in Berlin. Our own and external facilities benefit from our supply network with about 30 employees. As a team manager cleaning, you take over the operational management of our cleaning teams in a defined object or location cluster. You ensure that all cleaning and hygiene standards are reliably met, in case of need, pack in daily business itself and are the first contact person for our customers on site.

Control of daily operations in maintenance, intermediate and basic cleaning Application, shift and holiday planning in the context of predetermined hours Budget planning and cost control Accounting Offer and after-calculation Quality assurance through visits, short reports and action tracking Ensuring hygiene, safety and home order standards Responsibility for materials, equipment and orders Direct contact for installation lines and customers Instruction, instruction and motivation of the team Development and implementation of improvement processes (CDP), Acquisition of new customers and identification of new tasks

Experience in building cleaning Practice in team management, shift planning and customer communication Safe handling of cleaning and disinfection methods, machines, chemistry, color- and zone separation Knowledge of hygiene and safety requirements Digital affinity (time recording, quality apps, proof of cleaning) Very good German knowledge: more languages welcome Class B driving licence (forced)
