Teamlead Infrastructure Services (m/f/d)

You lead and develop your team both professionally and disciplinaryly. You are a contact person for your employees and conduct regular feedback, development and employee talks. You accompany the acquisition, incorporation and further development of new team members. You are responsible for the service area and ensure compliance with agreed quality and service standards. You control external service providers and work closely with internal departments as well as customers. You analyze customer requirements and develop suitable solutions and services together with your team. You optimise existing processes, accompany changes and advance the development of the technologies used. You plan and prioritize tasks and resources and support budget and capacity planning.

You have experience in managing and developing employees and teams. You bring experience in managing IT services, service providers or projects. You know agile working methods like Scrum or Kanban. You have a sound knowledge of IT infrastructure and IT architecture. You work analytically, structured and with a pronounced customer and service orientation. You convince by communication strength, self-initiative and a safe occurrence. You are safe in handling MS Office as well as Jira and Confluence. You have very good German and good English skills.
