You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of a team in the DV coordination for In- / Exkasso and actively shape their development, structure and orientation You are responsible for the system design and support of IT systems (focus on SAP) in the financial sector You control request, release management and project planning You are responsible for the efficiency of IT-assisted processes and technical architecture You accompany change processes and support employees: both professionally through active communication and coordination with all internal and external cooperation partners: You contribute to strategic issues and innovation promotion

You have completed their studies in (economic) informatics, economics, mathematics or a comparable qualification. You have experience in the management of employees – disparately and/or professionally – and have been active in projects for several years. You are delighted to develop people and promote potential in the team. You have several years of professional experience in IT coordination and in the project and process management and are familiar with at least one of the following SAP solutions: SAP Finance, Group Reporting, PaPM, Cash Management, FS-CD, Sourcing and Procurement, FS-CML, FS-CMS or RE-FX Knowledge in the insurance sector, ideally in the accounting sector, are of advantage You are convinced by a high performance, analytical thinking, societality and envi­ronment – and are able to perform societal, cooperative and value-assurance.
