HR Business Partner (m/w/d)

Staff support: holistic support and consulting of executives and employees in all personal questions and participation in HR projects (e.g. digitalization) Personnel administration and contract management: Support for labour law issues, creation and maintenance of job descriptions and organisation of travel abroad (e.g. A1, Visa) HR Controlling and Compensation Management: Creation of HR Reports and Key Figures, Preparing the Annual Rate and Compensation Topics HR Systems and Process Optimization: Care and Development of the Personal Management System Guidecom and Continuous Optimization of HR Processes and Intranet Content

Completed studies (ideally with a focus on staff) or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the generalistic HR environment Good knowledge of labour law Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation Understanding related HR processes Hands on mentality
