Own creation, processing and control of wage and salary bills – with special focus on the production staff (m|w|d)

Care and management of personal files as well as continuous data management in our systems

Processing of reporting and certification including communication with sickness funds, authorities and social security institutions

Processing of personalized correspondence, such as certificates, contracts and amendments

Work on projects in the pay sector – from process optimization to digitization

Contact (m|w|d) for our colleagues in all accounting and administrative questions

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification, ideally with continuing training in the field of wage accounting / Payroll

Multiannual professional experience in pay billing, preferably with reference to production

Knowledge of wage tax, social security and labour law

Safe handling of billing systems (e.g. DATEV, SAP HCM or A.) and MS Office

Independent, structured and conscientious working

German language skills in word and writing
