At the Schnelldorf site, around 500 employees are currently engaged in the delivery and availability of a wide range of products for laboratories and research institutions around the world. The existing logistics center has been supplemented by a manual filling with the location extension. Through this combination we increase the availability of our products and accelerate the delivery to our customers. And we do this so reliably and quickly that we serve the global supply chain of “Life Science” as a key location.

As a team manager (m/w/d) - filling, you support the shift leaders in the control, monitoring and control of work processes as well as the staff division. You coordinate orders according to feasibility, material and date, in particular if the FIFO principle cannot be complied with. The timely filling of the orders, including necessary pretreatments of the starting materials such as melting, cooling or breaking, is one of your tasks. In addition, check the filling orders triggered by Autopull and inform the interfaces in case of problems. You document operationally relevant data for statistical purposes and ensure the transfer of filled containers to connection processes in a contamination-free state. In addition, you will acquire deep knowledge of the process-accompanying Tulip app for the downfilling area and continuously look for improvement potential and cost optimization. In addition, you will ensure the availability of all the necessary work equipment and, if necessary, you will complete appropriate orders. Compliance with all relevant safety and quality requirements and active participation in the Daily Management Systems (LSPS) and compliance with all external and internal requirements from ISO 9001, ISO 14001, FSSC 22000 and ISO 50001 are also essential aspects of your role. You are also a member of a reaction team.

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a degree at the level of a three-year scientific education with five-year professional experience Experience in the filling of chemicals Three-year professional experience in an operational activity Team player with enforcement capability Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing SAP knowledge desirable as well as affinity in handling computer programs
