Team Leader Production – Sensor Technology (m/f/d)

Leadership, coordination and motivation of the team through an empathic, clear and valuable communication. Take over personnel responsibility and ensure a reliable capacity and operational planning. Implementation of employee and return talks in a solution-oriented and respectful manner. Definition of objectives, communication of actions and active support of the team in the achievement of goals. Identification of training needs and promotion of the professional and personal development of employees. Ensuring safe, efficient and quality performance of all tasks. Ensuring a transparent flow of information and effective communication in the daily business. Active cooperation in day-to-day operations with a pronounced hands-on mentality. Support in the pricing of new products as well as creation of calculations. Development and implementation of solutions for technical and organisational challenges. Analysis and elimination of machine faults, for example on cobots or laser machining centres. Close cooperation with production management and development department for the continuous optimization and further development of processes.

Completed training as a mechatronic or in a comparable technical profession; alternatively multi-year relevant professional experience. Good knowledge of English in word and writing. Safe handling of MS Office and ideally knowledge of MS Dynamics NAV. First leadership experience or willingness to take responsibility for a team. Cooperative and motivating leadership style with the ability to inspire and integrate employees. Self-confident appearance, pronounced communication capability and enforcement capability. High reliability, sense of responsibility and social competence. Self-employed and structured working methods, flexibility and commitment to active design and further development of processes.
