Monitoring of markets, growth rates and segment developments (EU, USA, China, Emerging Markets) Analysis of customer needs and purchasing behaviour for deriving relevant market impulses Systematic analysis of competitors, including strategies, product portfolios, prices, M&A activities, regulatory approvals and organizational and structural changes Creating sound competition profiles, benchmarks and identifying new market participants and potential disruptors Implementation of scenario analyses and development of resilient market forecasts as a basis for strategic decisions Preparation of decision-relevant management reports and support for investment and portfolio issues Building AI-based market intelligence systems and processes

Completed studies in business, economy, business analytics or a comparable subject, ideally complemented by further education in the field of strategy or data & AI Multiannual experience in commercial, sales-related or commercial-excellence roles in an international B2B environment Expertise in market intelligence and data-driven enterprise control Experience in regulated markets such as medical technology or comparable industries Extensive analytical skills and the competence to translate complex characteristics into clear recommendations for action Sovereign Stakeholder Management and High Responsibility in an Internationally Embossed Matrix Organisation IT affinity with pronounced digital competence and proactive and experienced use of modern AI tools for increasing efficiency and knowledge English language skills in word and writing
