Occupational Safety Specialist (m/f/d)

Advising the specialist departments on occupational safety, accident prevention and health protection and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements Designing and developing the work and health protection strategy, defining measures to improve safety standards and active participation in risk assessments, safety concepts and project plans Care and further development of the “domeba” industrial protection management software, including the creation and maintenance of processes, process instructions and instruction and training documents Preparation, monitoring and follow-up of internal and external audits as well as training to adjust and change behaviour to promote secure corporate culture Responsibility for the gas monitoring of ships and submarines

Engineering studies (Bachelor, Master, Diploma) or comparable qualification (e.g. Master:in, Technicians:in) with an electrotechnical focus and relevant professional experience Detectionable further training on the specialist for occupational safety according to DGUV-Vorschrift 2 Ideally training for safety and health coordinator:in for construction sites (RAB 30) or willingness to qualify Safe handling of Microsoft Office, experience with work protection management software and good English skills of advantage Embossed organizational and contact-related skills, independent work, self-initiative, technical understanding and team-oriented appearance
