• Material provision: provision of raw, auxiliary and operating equipment to ensure a smooth production process.
• Stock management: managing and monitoring stocks to ensure optimal storage capacities.
• Documentation: Creating the accompanying documents for goods receipt and exit as well as the correct handling of all shipping documents.
• Shipping logistics: coordination of shipping processing and loading to ensure timely delivery.
• ERP data management: input of all relevant storage data into the ERP system to support operational processes.
• Quality assurance: participation in quality assurance measures to comply with company standards.
• Teamwork: Close cooperation with the departments Purchasing and Production to optimize the flow of information.
• Inventory: Conducting regular inventory to ensure inventory accuracy.

YOUR PROFIL.

• Training: completed training in logistics or a comparable qualification.
• IT knowledge: Found MS Office knowledge and safe handling of ERP systems.
• License: Valid forklift license for safe operation of industrial trucks.
• Own initiative: High level of initiative as well as flexibility and resilience in a dynamic environment.
• Experience: Multiannual professional experience in warehouses and shipping logistics of advantage.
• Communication strength: Good communication skills for coordination with various departments.
