About us To strengthen our IT team, we are looking for a system administrator (m/w/d) with a focus on Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 as well as application support for the software (Solid Works, Solid CAM, Solid PDM). Your tasks and responsibilities System administration Administration, maintenance and further development of the Windows server infrastructure Management and maintenance of Active Directory (AD), Group policies and user rights Installation, configuration and operation of Windows Server systems Monitoring of systems and fault analysis and troubleshooting Planning and implementation of IT security measures Microsoft 365 / Cloud Administration and support of Microsoft 365 / Office 365 Management of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint User and license management Integration of cloud services into existing IT systems Application Development / Automation Development and adaptation of internal applications and tools Automation of IT processes (e.g. with PowerShell) Support in the integration and further development of existing software solutions Cooperation with specialist departments for implementing technical requirements Support & documentation 2nd and 3rd level support for internal IT systems and applications Analysis and solution of complex IT problems Documentation of IT infrastructure and applications

Complete training in the field of technical informatics system integration, computer science studies or comparable qualifications Experience in the administration of Windows Server environments Good knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy and User Management Experience in Microsoft 365 / Office 365 administration Knowledge of PowerShell scripting or other automation technologies Basic knowledge of software or application support of advantage Structured and solution-oriented operation Teamability and Communication Strength Good knowledge of German and English
