The long-term property portfolio includes the usage classes office, housing, retail and logistics. It consists mostly of large-volume Hamburg core properties as well as some smaller objects. At the next possible time, we are looking for a househandwerker or a specialist in facility management (w⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d) as Hausmeister / Haustechniker (w⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d) in full time As a master/house technician (w⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d), you take the technical care and maintenance of a large residential complex with 1.168 units and are responsible for their safety. You act as a central point of contact for our tenants as well as as as a coordinator for technical and infrastructural measures – if necessary in the team with other housekeepers and external service providers.
