In particular, the development of alternative partner and business models will focus on meeting country-specific challenges. We act internationally, but keep an overview of topics and projects at any time in order to develop the growth of NEW YORKER in a structured and targeted manner. Be part of our team in one of the most beautiful industries in the world and be responsible for: Development of concepts and strategies for further internationalisation of the company Identification and market analyses for deriving suitable internationalisation approaches (including marketability, cost-effectiveness calculations, needs for action, etc.) Developing and evaluating alternative partner models (e.g. joint ventures, wholesale agreements, strategic alliances) Support in the selection, negotiation and implementation of international partnerships Management of national and international projects of different complexity, including presentations and decision-making templates for management Close cooperation with internal departments and external partners to implement the internationalisation strategy Ensuring the timely implementation of projects along defined quality and budget requirements

Your knowledge and experience is fully covered with the task Successfully completed studies of Business Administration, Economics, MBA or a comparable degree programme Multiannual professional experience in a trading company or international project management Detectable experience in the development and implementation of alternative partner models Comprehensive business knowledge and understanding of basic processes of a company (finance, logistics, IT, etc.) Conceptual understanding, methodological competence, entrepreneurial and analytical thinking combined with results/reaction-oriented working methods Intercultural competence, team skills, communication skills and hands-on mentality Negotiating knowledge of English and solid knowledge of German, other languages are advantageous Nobody is perfect!
