In the Energetics & Flare Simulation group, we define the system performance of our EUV and DUV projection lenses in terms of scattered light, polarization and layers. We create optical performance simulations and develop our software tool landscape for the physical-optical simulation of these variables. In close cooperation with the optics design, we develop high-performing layers for our optics. With outstanding optical performance, we secure our technology leadership and enable our customers to take the next steps in the roadmap for the development of microchips.
