Design, implementation and continuous improvement of incident management processes as part of our Digital Credentials platform Central respondent (SPOC) for incident communication and coordination of all parties involved Controlling escalation management and monitoring of KPIs and internal SLAs Documentation of Incidents including Root Cause Analyses (RCA) Integration of Security Incident Management in cooperation with IT Security Creation of Incident Reports as well as care of relevant dashboards
