Separation plant Köhlbrandhöft | unlimited We invent what: The department “Abwasser- und Energietechnik” projects, plans and implements construction projects of plant/process and energy technology for internal contractors (works and networks) within the interdisciplinary field of engineering services.

Responsible taxes on costs, dates and qualities in complex projects mainly in plant engineering Construction monitoring (focus) in machine and plant construction (also large plants) on our wastewater treatment plants Planning, designing and writing out new and remodeling as well as refurbishment work and leadership of project teams Checking the execution documents of the foreign companies Monitoring of functional tests and commissioning Measuring and accounting as well as participation in the decrease Coordination and control of internal and external project participants Perception of client tasks and interests Subsequent, interface and change management

Successfully completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering, process engineering or in a comparable field with the orientation of process engineering and plant engineering or comparable skills and knowledge Multiannual experience in the construction monitoring of construction sites with different structures and in the control of costs, dates and qualities in complex projects in machine and plant construction on sewage plants Finded knowledge in the machine technology of wastewater treatment, especially in large plants, are also ideal for special welding technology (e.g. welding specialist) Knowledge of contract, procurement and construction law and comprehensive knowledge of the specialist DIN regulations and technical regulations Business knowledge, user knowledge in SAP-PS, MS Office and CAD (Revit, Inventor) and the tendering program iTWO A high level of flexibility, initiative, organisational and negotiation skills Self-oriented and pragmatic work Class B driving licence
