You are responsible for the technical management of the central microlabor with 5 employees in Eppelheim You implement the legal requirements to maintain the S2 standard of the microbiological laboratory You support the quality range at the Eppelheim site as well as across Europe for findings, complaints or deviations and, together with the specialist departments, ensure that effective measures are implemented sustainably You monitor compliance with work security measures in your area You support development projects related to the microbiological stability of ADM products and the processing of microbiological customer complaints You identify, report, manage/restrict food safety or quality risks and problems and escalate them; in non-conformities, you carry out a cause analysis You offer other departments as required training on microbiological quality and food safety topics You are responsible for compliance with the GLP principles and the Group's internal standards You work in the HACCP team and in the Food Fraud team

You can present a degree with a focus on food microbiology, food technology or comparable (preferably microbiology or food safety) You ideally bring professional practice in quality management; Expertise and practical experience in HACCP and accreditation are advantageous You have strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective cooperation with cross-functional team You convince us with an experienced handling of modern EDV (MS Office, SAP, SharePoint) You bring very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
