Ensuring the stable and secure operation of all re-levant Microsoft‐365 services Controlling the Evergreen Lifecycle Management of the M365 Apps for Enter-prise (Update-Ringe, Compatibility, Release Evaluation) Technical administration and error analysis in Entra ID, Teams Admin Center, SharePoint Admin Center and other M365 portals Management and optimization of roles, permissions, licenses and policies for M365 and Copilot. Analysis of Service Health, Telemetry, Logs and Use Data for Identification and Elimination of Technical Problems Planning, implementation and documentation of technical changes, confi­cations and updates in the M365 service environment Ensuring copilot competence by evaluating M365 changes, app versions and security requirements Support for piling and technical testing of new M365 and copilot functions Development and further development of automation and optimization solutions (e.g. PowerShell) Creation and maintenance of technical documentation, manuals and best practices

Completed studies in the field of infor­mation, economic information, system administration, technical IT or comparable Experience gained in the technical operation of Microsoft‐365 environments Safe handling of M365 administration tools (Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Purview etc.) Ideally practical experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot or other AI-based workplace solutions Knowledge of PowerShell or comparable auto-matization/scripting tools of advantage Understanding IT security and compliance requirements in the M365 context Structured, responsible work and pleasure in technical challenges Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing No one is perfect and not all career paths are straight.
