Fritz Feldmann is a member of the Bartels Langness Group based in Kiel and operates over 30 Markant supermarkets in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Schleswig-Holstein and Hamburg.

Your duties

• Care and presentation of goods

• Disposal of goods

• Observing and fulfilling the procedures and work instructions applicable to the HACCP Handbook (hazard analysis critical control point)

• active sales

• Preparation of fresh cheese by in-house recipes

• Conduct awards

Your profile

• Ideally you have completed training in the meat sector, but also cross-enterprises, e.g. from the gastronomy are welcome

• You have already gained experience in the meat and/or cheese sector in your previous professional stations

• You have fun taking responsibility with a lot of design freedom

• As a trade professional, you are active selling and friendly handling of people in the blood
