You have a successfully completed study in the field of civil engineering or industrial engineering with the focus on construction. Alternatively, you have a completed training as a state-tested technician (m/w/d) with corresponding professional experience in the building management You have relevant professional experience in the construction management or Development of commercial and residential construction projects You have a well-founded knowledge of the design and accounting of after-contracting services You are a communicative person and draw your attention through a high self-initiative and enforcing power combined with a pronounced sense of responsibility and cost
