You accept registered insurance damage by phone and in writing (Inbound). You carry out a qualified first-hand processing of new damage as well as a qualified follow-up processing, taking into account the work instructions, insurance conditions, legal provisions and individual contractual agreements. You pass the damage to defined interfaces and commission experts, damage regulators and service providers. You ensure accessibility and advise competently, including the commitment to damage regulation. You actively tax the damage processing on telephone and written claims. You actively process damage, in particular through dedicated outbound telephony (according to the motto “phone before mail/letter”).

You have a qualified training in the insurance field. You are familiar with the workflows and systems in application, inventory, performance and damage processing. You bring empathy and service orientation in direct customer contact. You work team-oriented and show a cooperative behavior. You have a good word choice and speech as well as a positive broadcast on the phone.
