The Bremen plant is one of many international locations of Mercedes-Benz Group AG and Europe's largest volume location. We have high flexibility of the production program thanks to a wide range of production ranges (EQC, C-Class derivatives, CLE Coupé and convertible, as well as the SL). Four models are built on the assembly line at the future working site in Hall 93. The processes and workflows necessary for this purpose must be optimized in order to increase both delivery and quality.

They work with engineers, technicians and masters in a team and primarily support the process engineers in the field in the processing of daily tasks. They also take over their own exciting subprojects, which they implement independently in their internship period and lead to success. These challenges come to you: Problem solving processes - fault description, sampling and error analysis

Presentation of the analysis knowledge (statistic workup, representation in PowerPoint)

Working in process optimization by describing the necessary means of assistance and operation, reclassifying work content

Participation in meetings to clarify the origin of errors and prepare and carry out meetings and workshops

Introduction (training) of measuring instruments

Creating Pattern Error Lists (Excel)

Processing of own project topics

The internship can start from October 2025.

Degree in mechanical engineering, production engineering, mechatronics or comparable studies

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Secure handling of MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint)

Commitment and team skills

Analytical thinking and strategic working
