You also introduce themselves as a job coach – depending on their own expertise. You develop and keep the location running: infrastructure under control, budget in mind and team in mind

Distribution of educational opportunities? Your thing – ideally with experiences from adult education. You are communicative, responsible and have a good feeling for people AEVO training or coaching qualification available? Great! If not: You are ready to purchase them soon. You can handle numbers: scare sales and budget analyses You don't, they're motivating. Guided tour is more than instructions for you – you want to develop and tear people.
