They advise the business units of the BLB NRW with regard to the processes for organizational, technical and digital requirements as a Sparring partner*in an eye height They take care of the planning and moderation of workshops and identify and define the results in close cooperation with the process managers They create analyses and documentation on new and existing processes, model them and take care of optimization measures They actively work with the development of defined standards, the further development of process management ( approaches, methods, training, IT tools) and process culture They provide advice on the design and implementation of your requirements and support the development and implementation of digital solutions You take on specific projects from process perspective In the case of projects resulting from optimization measures, you yourself take over the project management

They have a successfully completed degree (Diplom/ Bachelor/Master) of the Department of Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information Science, Information Technology, Real Estate Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Economics or a comparable discipline. Further requirements: They have a sound knowledge of process analysis and process modeling They have knowledge of the notations BPMN 2.0 and have ideally already experiences with common project management methods, such as PRINCE2, PMI, SCRUM Experiences in real estate management and/or construction management are advantageous Your analytical and global thinking makes it easy for you to consider business processes holistic, understand relationships and take the perspective of different target groups Your strong organizational and communication skills and your structured and customer-oriented way of working distinguish you Secure German knowledge, which at least correspond to the language level C1 (flowing in word and writing), complete your profile

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee is payable for employees from the E 10 payment group to the E 12 TV‐L (approximately 50,000,00 € – approx. 80,300,00 € per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pensions).
