Construction Project Manager (m/f/d)

You control and coordinate specific construction and maintenance measures in the SV's capacity as well as new and new structures over all performance phases of HOAI (1–9) and AHO (1–5). You develop concepts and feasibility studies, initial (pre-) design and implementation plans and carry out projects safely through the transition phase to the transfer phase. In your role as a contractor, you will examine construction plans and release them, agree with the authorities, agree with tenders, tenders, awards and withdrawals, and give them the right to take decisions. You make user demands, select external placement and construction partners, apply them and respond to transfer and follow-up management You are responsible for the terminological, quali­tative and economic management of the construction projects, including cost­controlling, construction skills, construction sites and compliance with legal requirements. Together with your commercial partner from asset management, you act as a central point of intersection and keep costs, economics and return development of the facilities in mind.

You have completed their studies in the field of architecture, construction and engineering, or can demonstrate an in-depth study. You have several years of experience in the project management on the building site, can demonstrate experi­ence in the realization and coordination of larger, complex construction projects and good characteristics in Asset Management and TDD. The regular participation in training on HOAI, VOB, transmission etc. is your own and familiar with the current MS Office applications and SAP HANA. There is readiness to travel within Germany to the locations of the projects to be implemented. Very good German and English languages complete your profile
