AI Project Manager Transformation & AI-based Business Models (m/f/d)

For our DEHOGA team in Stuttgart we are looking for KI Project Manager Transformation & AI-based business models (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) (full time / fixed / hybrid work)

As a central key function, you will design the strategic and operational development of the Association in the field of Artificial Intelligence and drive forward the modernisation of our services for hotel and gastronomy.

You implement the strategic orientation in the field of Artificial Intelligence in concrete projects and measures and are responsible for planning, coordination and successful implementation of all AI initiatives – including time management, resource use and quality control You develop and evaluate business cases, implement and scale AI-based as well as hybrid services for our member companies and combine innovative technologies with personal advice, especially in sensitive topics, for example within legal advice, organisation and decision support You implement pilot projects efficiently into regular operation, ensure the organisational anchoring of new offers and drive the continuous development and active positioning of AI-based solutions on the market You organize the practical use of AI applications in the working day of employees, identify future-oriented fields of application, accompany the introduction of AI tools e.g. in the moderation of workshops or training, define standards and ensure a structured, accepted use with efficiency and relief effect You work closely with the main management, and other internal units, such as digital projects or advice, to identify technological trends at an early stage and to create practical solutions for hotel and gastronomy

Qualified: You have completed university studies in the field of economics and informatics, digital business, innovation management or a comparable qualification AI Competitor: You bring well-founded knowledge in artificial intelligence and digital transformation and have already gained implementation experience Industrieaffin: You have reference points to the hospitality industry, have a deep understanding of the operational processes, decision logics and economic framework of the middle class and know how to quickly get an overview Integer and Communication Power: You are able to convey complex AI and digital topics in a practical way and to integrate them into existing organisational and advisory structures Strong implementation: You convince by a high degree of self-initiative, structuring capability and target orientation Innovative: You are characterized by a pronounced focus on innovation and design
