Electrician, building technology and/or customer service (m/f/d)

You carry out installations alone and as a team. They are both new buildings and renovations in existing buildings. You will discuss questions with the building manager or the master on site.

You carry out assembly of wallboxes by agreement with the customer. Mostly, a helper rides with you. You can also install smaller wallboxes on your own.The installation site of the Wallbox and the management was previously agreed with the customer by the master. Before the beginning of the work, you will discuss the assignment with the master in the office.

Electronic customer service also belongs to your tasks. This means that you get a work order created by the internal service with the end customer's error description as well as other necessary and possible information. At the customer's site, you will apply for troubleshooting and, if possible, eliminate the errors with “Bordmaterial”. If components are needed, you order them from the wholesaler. A new appointment for repair is then agreed by the office for you.

Another part of your task area includes smaller electrical mounts (lights, sockets) at end customers. This is done on the basis of customer information and their description. Here, you expect a certain flexibility and empathy in the wishes of the customer.
