Planning and implementation of construction measures at all types of buildings of LBBW according to LPH 1 – 9 of HOAI with the focus on LPH 6 – 9 HOAI Creation of TGA - planning and tendering of construction measures with support and control of external planners and construction executives Examination and monitoring of external planning and tendering and implementation of measures Analysis of complex relationships and development of solutions Processing of construction projects and management Support of project teams Overarching support of HLSK topics in the LBBW-CREM projects Consultation of the builder in difficult engineering questions and processes Control and management of external service providers / companies Acquisition of the specialist building management according to § 45 LBO Development of concepts for future-oriented technologies / sustainability

Successfully completed studies in TGA Multiannual professional experience as a specialist planner and project manager in the TGA and in the electrical sector, incl. Call for proposals and management of construction measures Very good knowledge of TGA planning and execution, as well as in the technical FM High affinity for building, interest in architecture and construction processes Experience in the control of external specialist engineers from different fields Experience in the management / control of complex projects, development and conversion of existing properties Knowledge of LBO, HOAI, fire protection, AVO, ASR and GEG, interest in innovation and product innovation Structured and interdisciplinary working methods as well as high commitment, self-initiative and service orientation Entrepreneurial thinking with a strong sense of cost and a high demand for the quality of performance Takeover of holistic project responsibility, if possible with the leadership of interdisciplinary project teams Impressed communication skills and enforcement Good knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, Orca, AutoCAD
