Product Owner (w/d) We are looking for you for our area of Energy Trading IT at the Aachen site.

Project work – Responsibility for the continuous development of software products for energy trading with a view to maximum customer value and sustainable value contribution for internal and external customers as well as the implementation of product vision and strategy Directing work – assessment, structuring and prioritization of requirements based on customer value, value contribution, effort, costs and risk; active stakeholder management and transparent implementation of decisions and constructive resolution of target conflicts detailed work – Responsibility for backlog and roadmap including resource planning and professional management of the development team in refinement, planning, review and acceptance; Ensuring product quality cooperation – close coordination with specialist areas, partner townships and other stakeholders; Control of external development service providers and team-wide coordination in the Scrum of Scrums

Training – Successfully completed university studies or equivalent experience from professional practice Qualification – Multiannual professional experience as Product Owner in agile software development; detectable successes in the development and implementation of product strategies as well as in the independent control of Backlog and Roadmap incl. Resource planning; well-founded expertise in the energy industry, especially in the fields of portfolio management, energy procurement, flex optimization, direct marketing and energy trading Expertise – Embossed technical understanding of software systems and interfaces; safe handling of agile methods and their interconnection with project-based reporting; experience in cooperation with external development service providers; very good knowledge of German and English Personality – High sense of responsibility and decision; pronounced communication strength; enforcement and skill in dealing with different stakeholder interests; strong customer and benefit orientation, self-organization and a structured working method; Team spirit
