Technical and organisational management of customs, export control and foreign trade Head of the Group of Customs Representatives in the Company Customs and export law relevant training and advice Ensuring compliance with customs compliance, settlement of audits, AEO monitoring, preferential responsibility Ensuring compliance with export control and US export regulations Creation and processing of export licence applications and determination of all exemption regulations in foreign trade Export classification according to applicable law Expert contact for authorities such as BAFA and customs offices Cooperation with internal departments such as the financial department Coordination of audits and training topics, internal employee training in customs and export control Monitoring compliance with national and international regulations regarding compliance, customs and international trade processes, data protection, environmental protection and occupational safety Continuous development and adaptation of the organisation in terms of compliance, customs and international trade processes, training, data protection, environmental protection and occupational safety Direct reporting line to management

A successfully completed study or equivalent specific expertise, preferably in customs law & compliance as well as in energy, risk management and the environment Comprehensive professional experience in customs, export control and international trade, ideally in a leading position Confidence with US customs and export control regulations Experience with audits and audits Impressed leadership skills, strong communication skills and the ability to cross-departmental coordination German and good English Knowledge of current MS Office applications Experience in dealing with the usual ATLAS systems (especially AEB software) Sovereign and binding occurrence paired with a communicative personality High customer and service orientation
