By the beginning of 2027, you will accompany the final expansion measures in the object in a responsible function and coordinate the appointment and construction process in close coordination with all project participants. You control and coordinate the works involved in the final phase of the construction site and supervise them in the transition to the building operation. Subsequently, you take over the complete object responsibility as an object line for a representative and technically demanding object and ensure its operation. You plan, control and monitor the operational processes, property-related services and external service providers in the property and ensure smooth building operation. You are central to our customers and our regional location management. You keep in mind costs and budgets and bear the economic responsibility. You lead the object team from local engineers and develop this professionally. You identify optimization potentials in technical building operations and implement improvements together with your team.

You have completed their studies in the field of building technology, facility management, civil engineering or a comparable field of expertise. You bring several years of professional experience in the object management/property management, in the technical building management. Ideally, you have first experience or Contact points in the construction line/ with projects in the field of construction and conversion. You convince by your communication strength, enforcing ability and a sovereign appearance. A structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as technical and commercial understanding – including contract management – are a feature. You like to take responsibility, make informed decisions and ideally already have first leadership experience. A perfect police certificate completes your profile.
