As an ITSM specialist for Matrix42, you take responsibility for the administration, configuration and further development of our IT service management tool. For smooth ITSM processes, you support our teams in the efficient use of Matrix42 and coordinate external developers. Your tasks in detail: ITSM-Tool Matrix42: Your responsibility. You are the central contact for our ITSM Tool Matrix42. You are responsible for the administration, configuration and optimization of the tool. Process management: Ensure efficient processes. You support the design and development of our ITSM processes, in particular in the fields of incident, problem, change and service request management. User support: share knowledge. You are training internal users, initial understandable training documents and are available as contact persons for questions about Matrix42. Integration & Automation: Connecting interfaces intelligently. You identify integration options with other IT systems and implement automation solutions to make processes more efficient. Cooperation with specialist departments: Understanding requirements. You work closely with the departments to meet their requirements and integrate them into the ITSM system in a precise fit. Monitoring & Reporting: Creating transparency. You create meaningful dashboards and reports to monitor and optimize service quality and efficiency. Training & Coaching: Promoting IT competence. You provide specialist departments and IT colleagues with practical knowledge so that they can use the ITSM system effectively and in a regular manner. Documentation: Secure knowledge. You're puggling and updating all relevant IT documentation. This means that the ITSM processes remain comprehensible and easily accessible.

That's what you bring: Experience: Multiannual professional experience in IT service management, ideally in medical or comparable services. Matrix42-Know-how: Funded knowledge and experience in the administration and configuration of Matrix42. ServiceNow knowledge is beneficial. Technical understanding: experience with IT system integrations and automation solutions. Analytical thinking: Strong problem solving skills that help you master complex technical challenges. Communication skills: You can communicate technical content in a comprehensible manner and set up your audience. Team spirit & own initiative: You are a team player, but you also work independently and solution-oriented. Education: studies of computer science, economic informatics or a comparable qualification. Language knowledge: flowing German and English in word and writing.
