The Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) at the Düsseldorf, Cologne, Frankfurt/Main, Stuttgart, Munich, Berlin, Leipzig, Hamburg and Hannover locations supports our clients: both with a broad portfolio of services in the Accounting and Transaction Area (Calculation, Financial Accounting, Reporting) to build an efficient and effective financial function of the company. We are shaping the CFO agenda of the future through our consulting activities. We help our customers to establish and maintain transparency and confidence in reporting - as a basis for better decision-making.

With us you can show both your professional and creative side to actively contribute the following projects with innovative IT solutions: You accompany IPOs, M&A transactions and carve-outs at market-leading companies and advises on accounting, transactions, process optimization, and corporate assessment. You work interdisciplinary with the teams from Strategy & Transactions, Tax and People Advisory Services and support national and international clients in demanding issues in the consolidation and reporting environment. You assess the impact of HGB, IFRS, and US GAAP on complex accounting and accounting expertise, such as lease contracts, sales realization or new requirements from IFRS 18. You support companies in their monthly, quarterly and annual reporting obligations - from completion to communication with auditors: both inside and out to secure navigation through the compliance environment. You actively shape the transformation of the financial function by AI - from automation of recurring processes to the use of agentic AI solutions in accounting and reporting.

You have a degree in economics, business informatics or a related field, as well as at least two years of relevant professional experience in accounting, finance, audit or consulting. You bring curiosity and enthusiasm for AI and digital innovations as well as have a secure handling of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); you also use Microsoft Copilot and other AI tools to increase efficiency and quality in your working day. You are ready to travel and keep an overview in dynamic project phases. In addition, you communicate very well in German (mind. C1) and English (mind. B2) - both with colleagues and with clients at the leadership level.
