Hardware procurement, installation and support for production Adaptation and maintenance of systems in the production environment in cooperation with the specialist departments Implementation of hard and software instructions Organisation and implementation of user training Adaptation and control of interfaces between IPC and server First-level support for user problems and problem solving User management and master data maintenance Database management and data protection Working in IT projects

Finded professional experience in a comparable position in a production company Very good basic knowledge of IT-Hard and software Knowledge of PC hardware, server administration, control technology, network techniques, backup systems and MS Office applications Analytical skills, high level of commitment and motivation Self-employed and solution-oriented work Pleasure to work in the team as well as constant readiness to learn Good knowledge of German and English
