We are looking for the next time in Adelsdorf (Landkreis Erlangen-Höchstadt)

You guide the packaging team with about 30 employees and ensure a smooth run in your department. You will report directly to the production line. With clear leadership and empathy, you develop and motivate your team members to achieve best performance together. You ensure that quality, hygiene and production standards are complied with at any time. Your know-how about packaging films, machine parameters and material properties is targeted to ensure stable and efficient processes. Together with technology, production and quality assurance, you are constantly working on the optimization of our processes. Through clear communication, structured organization and real coexistence, you create a motivating working environment.

A completed training, study or master / technician in the technical or food processing sector, alternative commercial training Multiannual leadership experience in layer operation in packaging or production – ideally in the food industry Experience in handling ERP systems, shopfloor management, 5S and KVP Ideally well-founded knowledge in handling film packaging and automated packaging lines Decision strength, empathy, sense of responsibility and a cooperative leadership style Efficient, solution-oriented work and high load capacity are of course for you.
