Planning of office and commercial properties, from basic position determination to execution planning Processing of planning phases based on the HOAI LP 1–5 Extensive demand analysis and basic determination together with our sales engineers and our customers Creative and independent implementation of customer requirements into an architectural design based on the GOLDBECK systems Presentation of the design at the customer Coordination and coordination with builders, authorities, technical engineers and all planning partners at GOLDBECK

Successfully completed university studies in architecture Ideally professional experience in design and execution planning Very good knowledge of CAD, graphics and presentation programs, ideally first knowledge of the planning software Autodesk Revit Interest in energy-efficient, sustainable and systematized building concepts Structured mode of operation, team capacity and strong communication skills

At the beginning of your activity, you will be involved in a different location of the Southwest Regional Society (Karlsruhe or Hirschberg an der Bergstraße).
