You support the design of the processes when adapting existing infrastructure, introducing innovations, e.g. by implementing automation solutions, and expanding the network You are responsible for the continuous improvement and further development of internal logistic processes and processes You will develop the process landscape including KPI-based performance management and develop process and value flow analyses to understand the operational processes and identify optimization projects You take on your own responsibility the (partial) project management and participate in company-wide improvement and implementation projects You design, document and model logistics processes and accompany their implementation You carry out workshops to develop tailor-made solutions and are Sparring partners of the interface departments (Operations, IT, 3PL, Supply, QM etc.) for operational problems You give impetus to the ongoing development of our logistics locations by researching innovative approaches and testing feasibility

Complete studies of business management, economic engineering, etc. (ideally focus on logistics and process management) At least two to three years of professional experience in process optimization, operations or project management Experience in Lean Six Sigma or comparable training/work experience in project, process and change management You work pragmatic, independent and targeted and up to an absolute team player Very good analytical understanding as well as pronounced process, result and solution-oriented thinking Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Experience with common WMS systems and Power BI are advantageous Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
