• Accompanying and strengthening: You support people with disabilities and sometimes challenging behavior in making their everyday life as self-determined and successful as possible
• Participation: Together with people, you develop individual participation goals and accompany them to lead a self-responsible and self-determined life
• Designing one another: You encourage trusted contacts in the social space, work closely with your team and take on important organizational and cross-disciplinary tasks

• Specialist qualification: Completed training or studies as educator/healer education caregiver / Senior caregiver / Social worker / Ergotherapeut (m/w/d)
