As a central contact person, you serve employees and executives in the field of tariffs. You create independent decision templates, derive measures from HR key figures and ensure a reliable handling of all administrative HR processes. In close coordination with the development of staff, you will advise on training and support training and development plans. You are involved in various HR projects. In addition, you are an active part of the operational integration management (BEM). You accompany the personnel planning (including budget and forecast processes) and control the recruitment in your area of responsibility. Last but not least, you work with the optimization of HR processes and HR tools and support our audits.

You are right with us if, after your successfully completed commercial training, you have sustainably strengthened your professional expertise through a further qualification in the personnel sector (personal specialist IHK or comparable).
