For our outpatient residential project in Nauen / OT mountains we are looking for an area management that is professionally strong – and humanly clear. You take responsibility for a small team and accompany people who need real support in everyday life. You actively shape (full-time or part-time with at least 32h) the construction of a new area for people with mental illnesses and, if necessary, further assistance. Their locations are located in Nauen (Wohnen) and in Friesack (Day Structure). Your tasks: You lead and coordinate a small team of specialists and assistants You accompany adult people with disabilities in everyday life You are contact*in for your team, relatives, residents and network partners You develop individual goals together with clients You provide a stable, value-adding residential environment You work with authorities, supervisors and specialist services You document their work independently and structured

Studies Social work or completed training (Ergotherapie, Sozialpädagogik, Pflege, Psychology) or comparable qualification Experience in working with people with disabilities Ideally first management experience Communication strength, team skills and responsibility Car driving licence Class B You work structured and remain calm in complex situations You want a small team instead of large anonymous structures
