This makes this job interesting to me: 50Hertz is driving the power grid for the energy transition. The DC-Onshore programs SuedOstLink, SuedOstLink+ and NordOstLink are a large building block, enabling energy transport from the windy north to the south of the country. This site is located in the NordOstLink programme, which is currently in the planning and approval phase. In the next few months, the switches for the realization and commissioning of this high-voltage direct current transmission connection (HGÜ connection) are set. My job: independent professional management of the internal cable subproject team as well as other project participants for electrotechnical design, monitoring of cable production, planning of cable installation and commissioning of the HGÜ-Onshore ground cable connection NordOstLink, independent control of external cable suppliers, including management of scope changes (technical and commercial), tracking progress and deriving corrective measures, support and close cooperation with the traction plans and the approval team as well as the civil engineering team for the NordOstLink earth cable connection, Active management of the subproject to achieve the higher-level programme and project objectives (in particular HSE, time, quality, costs) by applying the project management processes and tools; coordination of tendering and award procedures related to cable installation and participation in the production of associated tender documents; Communication with internal and external stakeholders, if necessary on-site appointments with cable suppliers, the construction site as well as representation of the project to authorities and public participation events (travel proportion <10 %).

Complete studies in an engineering course, such as electrical engineering, energy engineering, industrial engineering or comparable planning and management experience within large infrastructure projects, Influential experience in design, production monitoring, acceptance and logistics of complex industrial goods, Versified handling of PC standard software, especially MS Office, Very good German language skills (C1) and good English language skills (B2) in word and writing. No need, but of advantage: knowledge of HGÜ cable technology and their installation (cable/muff assembly), a certification in project management or comparable financial statements; Knowledge of project management tools and SAP.
