Application: Technology Location: Karlsruhe Job-ID: 16931 Leadership and development of the teams working preparation and spare parts magazine (approx. 10 employees) Responsibility for planning material provision and maintenance of appropriate spare parts in sufficient quantity to supply the repair areas and other operations of the site Development of strategic concepts for the further development of the work areas Magazine and work preparation with tools in the areas of Operational Excellence (OpEx) and digitization, identification of potential for improvement in the area of responsibility and acquisition of project management in their implementation Control of the processing of legally required recurring tests of the plants Continuous improvement of digital storage and documentation according to our audit standards Continuous further development of SAP-based scheduling processes for preventive maintenance and continuous further development of maintenance intervals and retention levels of wear parts Planning and implementation of external service providers for the provision of auxiliary and operating equipment (consignation warehouses, small parts machines or similar) Monitoring of revolving assets through appropriate inventory review and implementation of annual inventory

completed technical training (e.g. industrial mechanic, electronics) with additional qualification as master or technician Alternatively, a commercial-logistic background is conceivable for us with additional technical knowledge relevant professional experience in materials management for maintenance and/or work preparation spare parts Experience in managing employees and professional experience in production companies in the areas of spare parts storage and/or work preparation Experiences with methods/concepts such as OpEx, KVP, WCM, 5S, or comparable good knowledge in MS Office and ideally in SAP PM and MM besides the technical expertise, we want a personality characterized by a good communication behaviour and a cooperative working style with all stakeholders in the factory and in the Schwarz Group.
