Financial accounting, controlling, procurement, quality and risk management as well as process and organisational advice: Sana Management Service GmbH is with its approx. 100 dedicated employees: represented at the Ismaning, Berlin and Essen sites and supported our internal customers and clinics on site with their services. As an expert, she takes over company-wide management services for the service companies of Sana Kliniken AG. Through integrations, innovation and exciting projects in the field of digitalization, we achieve steady growth.

You are responsible for the organisation and implementation of operational purchasing and procurement processes – focusing on food and catering needs, always in line with our internal guidelines. You actively shape the future of our purchase, from selection to introduction to training and ongoing support of new digital tools in the field of procurement As part of projects, you support the acquisition, address existing customer relationships, and start sound cost analyses as well as needs-based evaluations You flexibly contribute to special projects and take responsibility for their successful implementation

You have a completed training – in business, gastronomy/hotel industry, IT or nutritional sciences/food science – and have basic commercial knowledge and a pronounced affinity for digital tools and applications Whether you’re already bringing professional experience, starting freshly into professional life, or collecting relevant practical experience in the procurement environment as a cross-enterer – you’re welcome to us You like to work in the team, are open to new things and have fun developing you continuously The sovereign handling of common software – especially Excel – is of course for you
