At the Center Technology & System Engineering (MO/ET), we bundle digitization and automation competence within Mercedes-Benz Cars Operations. Our goal: to support employees and executives in planning and production optimally digitally and to increase efficiency sustainably. As part of the department ''MPS & Digitization Production Planning' (MO/ETME), you actively shape the digital future of production planning as a working student! As a team, the program management of strategic digitization initiatives is responsible, coordinate the further development of our IT system landscape and manage the product data supply for central processes of production planning. Your tasks – with responsibility and design space: Participation in the strategic IT building map: You support the definition of guide planks for future system decisions Workshops & Committee work: You organize (hybride) workshops, prepare committee meetings, launch protocols and actively introduce you Self-employed work packages: You carry out your own tasks – from research to implementation Compilation of training documents: You develop training documents for the efficient use of our applications Creation of dashboards: For the visual processing of data, you use dashboards that provide a quick overview of important key figures Ad hoc support: You can flexibly integrate into current topics and projects of the team The activity can begin from April 2026.

Degree course in the field of economic engineering, business information technology, technically oriented BWL or comparable Very good knowledge of German and English Secure handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint Knowledge of MS PowerBI, MS Fabric and Databricks Analytical Thinking Power, Structured Operation and Quick Understanding Communication strength in handling different target groups and hierarchical levels Enthusiasm for Innovation & Digitization Additional information: We are looking forward to your online application with CV, lettering, certificates, current enrollment certificate, giving the semester and proof of the regular study period.
